Mott Community College implemented new general education objectives and requirements beginning with the Summer 2009 semester. Therefore, we are currently revising our assessment processes. The CCSSE is used biannually to assess student engagement in a number of areas including experience with the three overarching general education objectives. MCC also administers the MAPP on a biannual basis as an assessment of our general education objectives. In addition, a local assessment instrument is presently being developed. There are plans to pilot this local instrument by the end of the 2009-10 academic year.
