The Learning Center, located on the second floor of the Prahl College Center PCC2280, offers a variety of free services.
Professional staff are available to assist students in identifying their strengths and weaknesses and to develop a personal academic success plan.
Services include peer tutoring, professional tutoring, DisAbility Services for students, assistance in English as a second language (ESL), and two federal grant programs: the Carl D. Perkins-Special Populations program and TRiO-Student Support Services. Study groups are also available within the Center.
The Learning Center staff work cooperatively with faculty and staff in other locations, such as Health Services, Counseling, and Career and Employment Services.
